I was enormously proud this week to receive on the behalf of all our staff two major national awards for Hyundai and Volkswagen.

The start of the week saw Hyundai’s annual Platinum Dealers announced, and for the fourth time in five years Wakelings were awarded this status…this award measures target achievements in sales, service and parts as well as financial reporting, training and most importantly customer satisfaction. There are only 10 Dealers awarded this nationally and we were NSW’s only one! Then on Friday, Volkswagen held their Premium Dealer Awards evening on the Gold Coast… Once again we made the top ten, but there was a bigger one to come…later in the evening we were awarded Metropolitan Dealer of the Year and finally the big one, Volkswagen National Dealer of the year!! Wakelings are the first dealer to win this award three times…a huge credit to our team. It takes an exceptional group of people to win these awards, I know I'm proud of them. However, what makes it even more special is that it shows our little Dealership in the Macarthur Region is the best in the country. There were plenty of other awards to mention too, including some very special individual ones, but i’ll have to save that for next week…. Until then well done team!!
