Introducing our Business Development Centre!

It’s been a big year this year for Wakeling Automotive… We are very excited as we continue to expand and grow as a company and mould our business to suit the needs of our customers. Over the last few months we have been working on creating a centralised hub for all inbound and outbound calls in one location. The team is headed up by Marcie Ward, our current Platinum Advantage Manager who will now be overseeing the two departments as they actually work hand in hand with one another. Effectively their goal in this department is to make sure all our customers enquiries are handled quickly and efficiently whether it be to book a service, check on a part or look at the new Volkswagen Arteon…so big job, very important role… We’re scratching our heads trying to work out a name for this new part of our business, colloquially its known as a BDC or call centre…I prefer Xanadu … So even though the title may still be a work in progress we can assure you this process will help enhance our customer’s experience at Wakeling Automotive!
