The NSW Platinum Dealer Awards Night sees the Wakeling team recognised!

Hyundai recently held their NSW Platinum Dealer Awards night for 2018 in Sydney. The awards allowed Dealer staff from across the State to come together and celebrate individual and team achievements for results in 2018. I’m pleased to say that both Paul Wakeling Hyundai and Camden Valley Hyundai were represented strongly, with the businesses taking home seven awards form the evening. For the first time Hyundai announced a state based award for the Dealership that ticks the most boxes for them but is not reliant on purely one metric or another, so it was an excellent acknowledgment to be Awarded for the Inaugural High Performance Excellence Dealership. Many of our staff and managers also received recognition throughout the evening namely: Parts Manager of the Year – Chris Parker, Service Manager of the Year – Greg Wright, Sales Manager of the Year – Mark Kowalik, Technician of the Year – Kyle James, Stock Controller of the Year – Nikalah Salter and her team (the stock control award was for both Regional and National once again.) Finally our Aftersales Team was awarded for being number one in Aftersales Customer Satisfaction. These awards aren’t just for one person or one division in our business; they’re derived from everyone contributing, whether they’re the Sales Manager, Admin Clerk, the BDC Specialist, the Finance Member, the Yard Staff and Detailers or the Delivery and Courtesy Bus drivers, It doesn’t matter what they do, it’s how they do it, and they should all be very proud for the recognition.
