We're humbled with 3 nominations in the 2017 NSW Business Chamber Awards

Friday night was a big night for many businesses in the Macarthur as they attended the NSW Chamber Business Awards at the ICC at Darling Harbour. I’m pleased to say that Wakeling Automotive was represented as a finalist in three categories, along with Selenadotryan, Club Menangle, Mowbray Farm stay to name a few. It was really pleasing to see Macarthur represented so strongly and I found myself more than a little proud seeing that we can mix it with some of our more “illustrious” regions… Unfortunately we weren’t to come away with a prize this time…but I was really happy to see Wakelings Young Business Executive finalist Andrew Hayes get the recognition he richly deserves. Our nomination for Innovation in Business headed up by the energetic Marcie Ward had to be close with our Platinum Advantage department and I know to our 270 odd employees that we are their employee of choice so when we didn’t win that category I was more than satisfied…a big thank you to Emily Dodd who put heaps of professional and hard work into our submissions…without you Em we wouldn’t have made it…finally congratulations to all the businesses that made it to NSW Business night of nights…look out next year…Macarthur’s coming!!
