Macarthurs Business Event of the Year

Supporting the West Tigers and the community

If you’re a Tigers supporter, (and why wouldn’t you be?), it’s been a really tough year…but I’ve got to say the way the boys have stuck it out through the back end of the season has filled me with some optimism and kept me proud of our joint venture crew. Which is why I think it would be fantastic to see a bumper crowd at the final Tigers match of the season at Campbelltown Sports Ground this Friday Night.

We take on the Cowboys who are always a handful, but I think the biggest crowd pulling players have to be Teddy and Woodsy…these two tigers champions will play their last game at Campbelltown as Tigers.

Despite being disappointed that they’ve made their decisions to leave, like many Tigers fans I’d like to say thanks to the boys for their commitment to the cause for so long. It won’t be the same without Teddy and Woodsy working in their own way, up the middle, in fact it will be hard to replace players of their calibre…but I’d like to think Ivan Cleary has got some plans to get us back where we need to be…So head on out to the footy this Friday night, cheer on the boys, and say thanks one more time to some champion blokes and great tigers players!
